LAD Canada International has designed high density luxury condominiums within the downtown city core as well as in suburban areas. Design for these condominiums complexes feature underground parking and on grade gardens and terraces. The intent is to create a special identity for the overall building complex while paying attention to details that ‘personalize’ space such as entrances, forecourts and private terraces.
